It's fake, silver plated iron

Look at the materials listing. The heading is intentionally misleading. It's just a piece of iron that's been silver plated nowhere near 1 troy oz of silver. This might even qualify as counterfeit currency since they're trying to use the royal candian mint name which creates legal tender.
