NYX Professional Makeup Soft Matte Lip Cream, Addis Ababa

This is buttery smooth and easy to use. I love the color!! I am Mexican-American with dark features, and I believe this is a great shade of pink for my complexion. It gives me an ego-boost when I wear it! Need to know: It scented—maybe cotton candy? It’s subtle, and I don’t mind it. As for having to use lip liner or whatever prepping some makeup aficionados might to when wearing lipstick, I did t do any of that. I do notice that after a while of eating/drinking and using napkins, it wears off and I’m left with lined-lips, but that’s my experience with most lipsticks. I definitely recommend this if your looking for a pop of color to wear.

Ok so let me say that I do enjoy the quality of this product. It isn't tacky. It's light and the matte finish is almost powdery. The thing that disappointed me the most was that the color I received didn't match the color in the picture. I ordered Milan and the color in the picture is much more light vs. the color I received; it was much more pigmented with a hot pink color which isn't flattering on me at all.

I purchased the Addis Ababa shade and love it. It's a true fushia pink. I have about 6 other shades of the NYC matte lip cream as well. I'm not a fan of the formula, but can beat the price. The nice thing about the formula is it's slow to dry and that gives you the advantage of creating custom colors, but the creaminess makes it streaky an difficult to provide even coverage. I often need two coats and the first has to completely dry before the second which takes at least five minutes. I feel the applicator is a also contributing to the streakiness, but I just pat it on my lips and use and eyeshadow brush.Also, my first time using this didn't understand why it wasn't matte, it was because it didn't dry completely. You have to put on and wait without moving your lips and keeping them slightly open. The staying power is decent about 6 hours. You probably need to repply after eating, especially, if it's oily food. This is kind of a high maintenance formula but if you take your time and apply it right you'll get good results.

Goes on super smoothly, feels wonderful. It's not sticky at all, even though some more expensive lipsticks are. It's truly matte, doesn't really leave any shine. I ordered Addis Ababa because I wanted a bright pink color, and it's super bright and pink. I recommend looking at other pictures/swatches of this on Google, the Amazon pictures don't portray the colors wonderfully.

I bought this color for my wedding reception and it was amaginggg. I tried Maybelline Matte Color Stay before this and literally COULD NOT get it off. This is not so aggressive but does last a long time. I've worn it several times since and it's wonderful. I was never a "makeup person" before my wedding but knew I needed something extra for the big day. I liked it so much that I've started to wear it daily since then.

発色が凄く良いです！ ソフトマットリップなので、がっつりマットにならず、乾燥しないので良いと思います。 いつもマットなものを使っているのですが、これもアリかなと思います。 マットリップに比べると、塗り直しの回数が増えるのがちょっと面倒かなーと思いますが まあ、発色、テクスチャーは凄く良いので★５です。笑

Jolie couleur je ne le met pas souvent car rose un peu trop voyant je préfère les couleurs plus foncées mais je l'apprécie tout de même

Molto bello il colore molto simile allo Swatch sul sito.ha un sottotono freddo quindi lo consiglio alle bionde dalla carnagione chiara. Consiglio di utilizzare questo tipo di tinte soprattutto a chi non ha problemi di secchezza e cuticole .se però so decide di volerlo acquistare cmq pur avendo questi problemini consiglio di idratare le labbra e tamponare prima della stesura.con una sola passata il colore va in trasparenza ma con la srconda é perfetto .se si mangiano cibi unti ovviamente come per tutti i rossetti di questa categoria il colore tende ad andar via . Quando ho iniziato ad acquistare questi rossetti venivano importati dall' America e nonostante la distanza notevole della spedizione. Venivano sempre rispettati i tempi previsti .La confezione praticamente non c è Arriva in una classica busta di corriere senza un packaging dell' azienda produttrice.
