These are comfortable but not snug on my wrists, I'm a 180lb man so I was hoping they would be a bit tighter rather than looser on me. If you're a female or a bit smaller person these might not be good wrists cuffs for you. They fit fine on the ankles, they seem like a good quality item and the price was nice. They are light easy to use function well and stick to you a bit with the nice padding. The only issue again is the size is a bit large to be "one size fits all." Would recommend all around for other men if you don't want them tight on the wrist, or as ankle cuffs for anyone.

While not for a "cable machine", I did get them for the purpose of attaching a limb to something, securely and safely. These do the job very well. A nice feature is that the D-ring is attached horizontally on the strap, so if you pull against the "cable machine" at an angle it won't dig into a wrist or ankle. They are sized so they will fit from a slim wrist (7"?) to a medium-size ankle without any excess length getting in the way or being too short and exposing bare skin to the hook side of the hook-and-loop fastening. The neoprene(?) lining is thick enough to provide a good cushion even during "vigorous exercise" but without creating an unpleasant feeling of pressure. Definitely a good option for attaching wrists or ankles to things safely :)

We use these on my St Andrew's Cross for photoshoots and parties and they work great.

I purchased a set of these quality made cuffs to clip on to my D-Bar while working out (need carabiners). I was impressed! The cuffs when used with the D-Bar allows for excellent alignment and reduces stress in the wrist joint. The result is much better controlled triceps engagement maintaining constant tension though the range of motion- benefitting muscle growth when doing triceps push down. I recommend these cuffs- great overall value for the money & just may save your wrist joints.

You could say we got these for working out. You can also say that these definitely take a beating and stand up to hours of rigorous movement. For sure it keeps your wrists or ankles comfortably yet firmly attached to any bar or pully you so choose. The metal rings are perfect for several types of clasps and as far as we've tested hold at least 225 lb per ring without a bend or fail, which is pretty awesome! As you are aware when we work out we sweat, and when we sweat into our workout gear it can start to smell bad. These are machine washable (remember there is a metal clasp so you may want to hand wash) and we let these line (air) dry, vecro held perfectly after the washing, and no degradation to materials after the wash. All in all, a great purchase and money well spent - Don't let this purchase tie you down.

I bought these with the intension of using them in my home gym and I've been disappointed with every single use. If you use these in isolation without having experienced any other cuffs you may think that they satisfy your use case. However, when compared to similarly priced cuffs, they are disappointing. The D-handle is oriented incorrectly and always slips. Because these are a single ring cuffs, they never feel secure when compared to those cuffs with two rings.
