These work well!
I bought these in the large size after seeing a review that said they ran small. But these actually are large. I think that reviewer must have received the wrong size by accident because these are definitely bigger than my previous ones. It worked out well because these are the perfect size for me, though when I first pulled them out of the packaging, I thought they would be too big. These nasal vents work much better than the other brand I used (the blue cones with the little hearts). I like them better than the ones with slits/holes in them. I'm really happy with them so far. My fiancé has not complained about my snoring since I started using these and I feel like I sleep more soundly/deeply. I rarely wake up feeling unrested the way I did before. So I highly recommend these! These are the best ones I've tried so far. They feel a little weird the first night or two that you use them, but they really open up your nostrils and allow you to breathe deeply. I suggest that if you're unsure/think you might be between sizes, you may want to go for the bigger size because you want them to fill your entire nostril. So it's okay if the nasal plugs seem a little "big" at first. The silicone is soft, so they will be comfortable to sleep with even if they feel snug - However, those neurodivergent folks who have strong sensory issues might have trouble getting used to them. But I think these would work well for most people.

You won't believe the difference
So I read the reviews before buying these and made sure to get the soft ones so this is strictly for the soft silicone version. I ordered these because I recently learned that I have a badly deviated septum and external collapsing on the soft tissue of my nostrils which makes it hard to breathe in and causes chronic sinus infections. I was scheduled for surgery to correct it but covid kind of stopped that from happening and I was devastated to be so close to having a solution and have it snatched away. After learning what was wrong (surprise surprise every doctor told me I had bad allergies before and kept prescribing nose spray that didn't work), I started googling options and these came up. I figured they were worth a shot for $10 and ordered the large pack. I should have definitely gotten a medium because my nose is smaller than expected and it makes my nostrils look huge lol but that's on me for not reading better. OMG when I tell you the difference in my ability to BREATHE! Is this what normal people feel like all the time?!? Just out here having a grand ole easy time breathing in without your nose pinching itself shut and preventing you from sucking that sweet, sweet oxygen in? Girl. My universe and nose are now open to new possibilities I didn't know existed. Buy these because they are definitely worth the money and they came in a nice little plastic case to keep them safe when you are not using them. I don't have a snoring problem so I can't say if they work for that but if you have a deviated septum this is a wonderful little gadget.

Good, but inconsistent sizing
I bought a variety pack of these some time ago. Overall I'm very happy with them. Unfortunately, I'm a tummy sleeper, so they tend to get pushed out over the course of the night. But they do help falling asleep, and they've been a tremendous help exercising. There are some precautions: They do put strain on the surrounding tissue. There is some inflamation and a little danger of burst capilaries. They also noticibly change the shape of your nose. When I went to buy a package of the size I like, I ran into a problem: I ordered a pack of large vents, but what arrived (labled as large) is the same size as the extra-large vents in the variety pack. I'm returning those and ordering a pack of medium vents. Hopefully those are the size I need.

Makes life a lot easier
My nasal passages are a bit constricted. So I can’t easily take in a full breath of air through my nose. So a mouth breather - yawn - on occasion to get more oxygen. Somehow I came across these and am Very happy with them. I have tried similar inserts but these have proven to be the best. I just looked at a case that they came in box of eight sizes. Maybe there’s eight with two sizes each. The downside is only one size and style fits me. So when I buy the pack only 2 pair fit me. They are small - sure, look where you stick them - and I have misplaced aka Lost - a pair from time to time. Then I have to buy another pack to get 2 more that will fit me. These aren’t cheap when you figure how few you will use out of the case. And they are small and you are going to lose one from time to time. So I purchased at least 8 cases, maybe more, so that I always have back ups. They are spendy under these circumstances but I wouldn’t be without them.

Better sleep and less snoring
Back in 2021 I got tired of people waking me up to stop my snoring. I also got annoyed of waking up on my own because the feeling of "choking" because I can't breathe. These things work and I haven't slept a single night without them in years. I boil them every week or so and they have lasted since 2021. I don't wake up from the feeling of choking anymore and I also don't feel the feeling of my throat hurting from snoring when I first wake up. That's two main things that had me searching the internet for a solution. As for snoring, my wife stoped complaining about it because it's really gotten better. I would say I still snore a little but not nearly as much as I used to. She also hasn't woke me up to shut me up in years because of these things. So all in all I snore less, I don't "choke" in my sleep, I don't wake up with a sore throat from snoring and being unable to breathe and my wife doesn't wake me up to shut me up. Try them out, they are worth it!

Why is no one talking about the smell?
I'm seeing so many people leave satisfied reviews, and I don't get it. I'm a lurker when it comes to amazon (I read reviews but don't leave them), but I had to say something. The second I put them in my nose, the chemical-y smell was overwhelming. It started to give me a really bad headache. I tried washing them with soap and water and letting them dry out (hoping that the smell was some residue from production that could be washed away) It didn't work. I think it's the material itself that smells like that. These are completely unusable.

Good
Honestly, these are just like all the others out there in the style. Once you know your size, you know what you want. So the 12 pack is good once you’ve zeroed in on what you need. However, I can’t imagine how long it would take me to need all 12 of these. That said it’s a great value for what you get and they won’t go bad.

Good quality, nice package, and just the size I use.
Nice to get just the size you need- For years I'd been buying the small package that had one of the one I needed and several other sizes which I just threw away. These are good quality and in a very nice package.
