It gets easier, but holy crap..Anyway, I went through my snack cabinet fully prepared to toss everything that would temp me to eat it and not be healthy for me.I tossed a few things but found these are perfect for one of my snacks. Following the serving size, it's great.I noticed I was having trouble in the mornings, and was told to switch out the fruit at night with something else. I reordered my snacks and tried this before bed and vwala my sugars are great when I wake up.It's also tasty, which is good to know that I can have food with flavor!
