Can it be used in the shower?** A: I bought it for my husband and he does not sleep with it not to say that you couldn't. The material seems like it could withstand a "shower" but he doesn't use it there either. It was handwashed the other day and "survived" so.... **Q: What is the length of sling out of the package?** A: Do want the length from elbow to hand? The strap around your neck is adjustable. **Q: which sling is best for a 5' women and for sleeping?** A: I am small, 5’ 2.5”. It’s awful. I never used it and did not return it because it’s a pain. It’s huge. I tried several times to find a way to use it and it was hopeless. It’s huge and awkward because it claims to be for either side but it’s not.
