Is it fix honda cr-v lx 2001?

it worked in my 1997 CR-V for sluggish combustion. Is that what "fix" means?

My 2001 honda crv the idle is low and when sitting at a light sometime it shouts off or when iam turniing i will lose power and it will turn off

Does it come with o ring

I don't know. It may be part of it, but my buddy put it in my car. There might have been an O ring already present, but he didn't tell me. Anyway, car ran MUCH better immediately after he switched out the old one for this. Hope this helps in some way.
