I actually have mine plugged into a similar jack on my printer/fax machine. The phone I use for Skype is a Polycom CX200. **Q: Is this phone works for Mac?** A: Probably ought to contact Cisco to ask the question as mine is on a PC and works perfectly. Sorry that I can't give you a positive response. **Q: Does it work with Widdov 10 ?** A: No. This is a very old product that Cisco no longer supports. It connected to Skype software via API (a software function that apps utilise to allow others to connect their products) and Microsoft removed all API functionality a few months after buying Skype so NO product that connected to skype using API would work. Hard to understand why Amazon continue to list this product. It wont work and even if it did it is sooo old now you wouldn't want it. **Q: Does this phone work with Win 10 and latest skype versions?** A: Microsoft removed all API functionality (which this ph relied upon) after it purchased Skype so it couldn't possibly work. Amazon should remove the product as not even Cisco support this very old product any longer. Plug in the base, install software, charge the phone and thatΓ‚'s it..Sound is just incredible.... No Delays !!I keep it at my living Room (just about 10m away from the base) and with a wall in between.. and it works flawlessly...Even when I am demanding a lot from the internet bandwith... (I got a 2mb Cable connection at home), like downloading heavy chunks of files and talking at the same time and in some cases even using the videocam with it...I even go out to the balcony and while still outside (around 15m from base) and 2 walls in between the base and the phone, and the sound still goes on and on without any interference..Basically you have a phone that controls Skype with it..It takes care of everything, who is Online, your status among other stuff...Lots of different ringtones to choose from, a page function at the base which is really good in order to find the phone around the house.No need to seat around the computer anymore...The speakerphone function is perfect.. Sound is very clear and is very handy, just turn it on and leave the phone anywhere, the mic sensitivity will get the work done..You have even the Mute funtion which can come in handy sometimes..A Phonebook with 100 entries for your Skype Out numbers...If there is anything I could complain about it... hard to say..But I would mention that the software pre-installed at the phone could be a bit faster, specially when you are going over the functions at the menu and the contact list.It is just like the Nokia 6100 Series that I had though, nothing that would compromise the REAL FUNCTIONALITY of it.Overall score ?? Thought maybe I just didn't know how to use the phone with Skype, but could make calls direct from my PC using Skype that connected o.k. Everytime I tried to make a call using the CIT200, I would just get a busy signal.Called Linksys tech support and tested everything for almost an hour. We re-installed the software, reconfigured port fowarding on my (Linksys) router, upgraded the firmware on the router, etc. Nothing changed, so the tech gave me a RMA number and I returned the phone to Linksys late December, they received it first week of January.When I log into Linksys RMA system, it shows that they're awaiting return of my old phone. I have sent 2 emails (no response to either) and called Linksys 3 times over the last several weeks to find out why they're not replacing my phone. Per Linksys' website, replacement products are sent out 2-3 days after the returned item is received. The warranty is also good only from the date of purchase, so at least a month (maybe more) has expired while my old phone is sitting at Linksys.Apparently Linksys moved some of their operations from California to Texas around the end of the year and things are not stable. Customer service does not seem to be able to help, if you can get through to them (by telephone only, since my emails weren't returned) upon an occasion when you don't hear "Linksys is experiencing high call volume, please call back later ."I'll update this review if I ever get a working phone. I recommend that if you choose to buy a Linksys phone, test it thoroughly before the retail return period expires, send it back ASAP if there are problems, or suffer the consequences!Update 2/1/07: I received an email from Linksys (15 days after emailing them) that a shipping request has been made for the replacement unit. RMA status on Linksys' site now shows: Product received, awaiting shipping. My returned phone has now sat at Linksys for 27 days, so I hope the replacement one ships out soon!Update 2/9/07: I finally received my replacement CIT200 yesterday and just used the phone today after charging for 15 hours as recommended. I'm happy to say that the Skype test call worked successfully, which never happened with the old phone! Linksys RMA status still shows that my new phone is backordered, which is kind of amusing, but I do have the replacement and it appears to be working. I also noticed (on the box of the new CIT200) that the warranty is 2 years, so I still have well over another year under warranty even though it took Linksys over a month to replace it, so not bad. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars CIT comes up short unless you are prepared *by L***A on Reviewed in the United States on August 23, 2006* Cit is a great idea, and as a phone it has worked fine for me so far. Biggest problem is, that you have to dedicate all the audio out from your home/business computer to ONLY the phone. So say you want to listen to music from your regular computer speakers while the phone is plugged in and running, you have to manually reset the driver to your audio, reboot the computer, and listen to music...only to have to redo the same process when you want the phone to ring again. It seem ridiculous that the people who designed the firmware could not use the concept of most headsets/phone which allow you to USE BOTH AT THE SAME TIME...so in a normal case your on you skype headset/mic and you just simply turn down your computer speakers to hear the person talk through the headset only, then you want to listen to music you unplug the headphones and turn up the volume again. Besides, whats wrong with BOTH the computer speakers and the phone ringing at the same time!!!
