My go to life savers if I need to cut water weight fast for bikini photoshoots. I wrap my waist and thighs for two hours and am camera ready!!! I layer these little guys with two more waist wraps, hit the gym to sweat out the water weight and two hours later looks shredded and photoshoot ready! If I could order them by the case instead of 6 or 8 pack I would!!! 😁

I'm so dissapointed in this product. First,I ALWAYS read reviews before purchasing anything and seeing this had great reviews I took a chance. I've got to say what a waste of my money! The product suggests sleeping in these wraps so I tried sleeping in them AND only having them on for two hours while awake and downing water. Neither technique I used worked. Now,these wraps stink...it's a very strong minty smell that gets on your clothes/blankets. The wraps also burn! The first time I used a wrap on my abdomen for two hours and drank a lot of water it burned my skin a little giving it almost like an icey burn feeling. I didn't lose an inch :/ It didn't even improve my terrible stretch marks on my tummy. Coco butter cream and seran wrap for an hour did a million times better than this silly wrap did. Then I tried a wrap on each thigh and on my abdomen a week later secured with seran wrap. I woke up from my sleep four hours later feeling like my thighs were on fire. No results. Measurements proved that nothing happened and my skin was NOT tightened. And again,my stretch marks had zero improvement! I call bs on this product. I'm putting my money forward and trying the ItWorks body applicators because I KNOW those work.

I LOVE these wraps!!! I definitely recommend them and I have seen a big difference using them. BUT there are some secrets to success with these wraps... 1. USE MULTIPLE WRAPS!! This is not a one-and-done thing. Using just one wrap won't make a difference, or at least not much. The key is to use multiple wraps in a succession of days/weeks. Over time you will see results. In fact, the 2nd or 3rd day after using the wrap you may notice some bloating as it works to remove the toxins and water weight. So if you have a special night out do your wrap several days before. 2. Leave them on overnight (6-8 hours). That way all the 'juices' get soaked in through your skin. They are sticky so I haven't needed saran wrap. 3. I recommend giving yourself a good 2-3 week time span at least to see a difference. Use a wrap overnight every 3-4 days in your targeted area. 4. DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!! It's healthier to drink water and it helps flush toxins from your system, and if you are using the wraps often you don't want to be dehydrated. Add some lemon/cucumber. 5. As always for an extra boost, cut your carb intake, up your veggies and proteins, and exercise. (Pilates is great if you are targeting your core). That will only increase your results. I am a real person and a mom, always on the hunt for good beauty secrets/tools - - on a side note, these also have made my stretch marks from pregnancy look better. I've had a lot of fun using these wraps and will continue to use them. I was skeptical but after using these repeatedly I am seeing results, I have probably lost 2.5 inches around my waist after doing 6 individual wraps in the course of about a month. I have also been watching my diet and doing some exercise, but I know these wraps have played a huge part in the change I'm seeing in such a stubborn fat area. Also I have very sensitive skin and these have not bothered me at all. I hope my review helps!!

I rate this a 3 because after 6 uses I noticed some results, however after the first four, I noticed the next two wraps didn't have the same strong mint smell, nor did it burn like previous four. I thought it might be deffective batch so I ordered a new set of four and tried it, but still no smell or burn. Now I'm skeptical of it actually working. What am I doing wrong?

Comparable to the Itworks wraps. General comment: you can wrap every 3rd day if you are drinking at least half your weight in ounces of water per day...so most people should drink 3 liters of water each day. Also there is a reason 4 come in a package : one wrap is a demo, 4 wraps is considered one treatment. Often people do not see the results because they only use one wrap. I used 4 wraps in 13 days and lost several inches and 11 pounds. I had bought another package and continued to do a wrap every 3-4 days and I went down from a size 10 to a size 6. Since then I have become a size 2. You have to drink a lot of water for this to work, and people with thyroid problems will still get results but it may not be until after that 4th wrap. You also have to eat healthy while you do this or you are undoubtedly ruining the progress you're making. I use these before cruises, weddings, and swim suit season...or like right now after the holidays because my clothes don't fit well because I ate and drank a lot. I do not suggest drinking alcohol as you are simply drinking calories and dehydrating yourself. I also don't drink coffee when I wrap or i end up feeling like I have a headache and that's from dehydration. I don't use Saran wrap. I bought a spanx and I'm sleeping in the wrap with a cardio belt over the spanx. I drink a liter before I go to bed and 2 more liters when I wake up. there have been times when I gained inches on the first and second day, from toxic bloat, and then I saw Fantastic results on the 3rd day. I also did weight watchers while wrapping so I learned what eating healthy truly means. As I lost sizes i had increased energy and became a regular gym member to maintain the weight loss. I hope this helps others. When using the It Works brand i was told not to shower with Dove soap and to use rubbing alcohol on cotton pads to remove soap residue from the application area. I also bought their defining gel to use on the inbetween days.

I loved this wrap. It is really easy and no mess application. Elastic wrap is stretchy and has a perfect width to cover all “fat and liquid “ depo areas. At first it gives a pretty strong cooling sensation, which gradually warms up and becomes so nice and comforting. That’s why you need to use it overnight to give it a chance to fully open up it’s action. Didn’t feel anything uncomfortable during the sleep. As for result, after one use I can see a slight slim effect around my waist. Will keep using it and would buy it again. I like the idea that the active ingredient is a natural orange peel. Great product, I would recommend.
