**Q: does this make good crema?**
A: I get a good crema each morning from whole bean Illy. I also believe it matters much on the machine you’ll be using to make your coffee! As I use my Philips 3200 series fully automatic espresso machine which I got a great price right here from Amazon!

Found out about this coffee from a coffee shop in Carmel, Ca. Was so impressed with their coffee I asked what they used. Got this and it makes a superb espresso. Just find it hard to justify the expense for everyday consumption. Costs a lot more than Starbucks but I suspect less than Nespresso. Haven't compared it to pods of any kind since I don't use them. (I know, being retired makes me penny pinch!) Maybe a treat for the holidays.
