Great brand good prices
After using for several weeks my blood work showed improvement in my vitamin d levels. First time in a long time. This stuff works. Better quality than others I have bought. My levels were not up to standards but it is now. I live this brand I buy their collagen too.

Very Good value,good amount and tiny caplets to swallow with ease.My Vit.D levels didn't budge for years,even living in FL and getting tropical sun daily,until I bumped up to 5,000 iu per day with MK-7 K2.

To Soon to Tell
These are exactly the same as what I was taking at a much higher price. It's much to soon to tell if it's improving my bone density yet, though. I did appreciate the easy opening lid, that I did not have to fight a plastic seal around it. The only suggestion I'd make is to put a silica gel packet inside to because there was a big clump inside.
