Use this a lot. Bought to help with rehabbing my shoulder and am still using it for different exercises. Also strengthens your hands and fingers holding it so for me it’s a win! I have had it for a year now and it still looks new.

Great for my PT but be careful not to leave on nice wood table. It caused damage to our dining table top. It caused a sticky gooey round ring and it took off some of our stain when I finally got it off with Dawn soapy water first, then Olive oil so not to damage my table more.

Small weighted ball sort of squishy has some sort of sand or something like that inside it. The outside is kind of squishy no problem at all. recommended
