HOWEVER, the quality of the case, especially considering the price, is fabulous. The material is nice to touch, it is slightly padded so it makes you feel like your kindle is well protected. There is a thin pocket on the inside if you want to put some notes or something in there, although things slide out of the pocket fairly easily because of the motion when you open the case.I personally had bought a thin fashion case for my kindle already. What I now do is place my already case kindle IN this case (not in the straps, though) and use it as a protective case, while my other case serves a fashion purpose.
