            Earthspired High Protein Flour Mix is a nutritious multigrain flour, which is gluten free and contains 42% of millets. It is rich in proteins, calcium and iron that aids in providing nourishment to the muscles and strengthens bones. It is a nutritionally balanced mix of taste and health.

             Foxtail millet and Amaranth flour mix - 42%; Potato and Tapioca starch - 25%; Defatted Soya flour - 20%; Pulse flour - 10% ;  Edible Gum
         How to Use @import url("https://www.desercart.com/static/froala_style_v2.min.css"); 
        
             Make soft dough with water, preferably lukewarm. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes before rolling out into chappatis /paranthas. The mix can be made into batter with little more water and prepared as cheela on a non stick tawa ( Best for tiffins) The healthy chappatis are best served with curries, vegetables, gravies. 

Alternate use: The flour can be used to make cheela, with a softer texture. Add chopped sauted vegetables/cottage cheese to the cheela for making exotic wrap
