Ziaja Olive Oil Intensely Nourishing Face Cream

This is my fifth order for this cream, so I feel it's time I write a review. I love it! I have tried all sorts of skin care during my 73 years (including La Mer), but DHC is my go-to... I've been using it for 17 years after surveying women with beautiful skin, many of whom have said they use olive oil. So, I decided to try this brand, Ziaja, because DHC didn't have a nighttime moisturizer that I loved and this contained olive oil. I have to admit, I was skeptical of the price, but it hasn't disappointed. It's very thick, luscious, and moisturizing. Some people don't like the smell, but I find it nostalgic and romantic. I actually look forward to cleansing my face and using this every night. I wasn't wild about the Ziaja daytime moisturizer, though I do like and use the eye cream. The one downside to this nighttime moisturizer is that it wrecks your pillowcases... but nothing Dawn Dish Detergent can't solve. Try it!

I love this brand! It was recommended to me by my Polish girlfriend who has an amazing youthful velvet skin. She said that this is the only brand she uses all her life because it’s natural. She gave me a white one as a gift and I loved it! The white one is light and is good for day time. I bought both white and green versions. The green one is heavier and is excellent for night time hydration. Yes, it’s a little greasy, but all you do is pat your face with a tissue to take off an excess before you go to bed. I have to say that several times some women in a store or on a bus told me that my skin looks great, and I just turned 60 years old! 😉 BTW, one should use a heavier thick facial cream in winter time because if you use a light watery moisturizer in a cold weather, the water in it will freeze once you are outside, and that’s not good for your skin. Therefore the light moisturizer is good for warm weather and for the day time, and the heavier greasy one is good for cold weather and for night time, but don’t forget to take the excess off.

Very thick- but moisturizes nice if you dilute with a bit of water- lightly scented. Leaves skin a bit shiny

I grew up watching my mom use this cream and I decided to give it a shot after trying a ton of moisturizers and still feeling like my skin was never fully hydrated. This is it. It's definitely oily so I limit it's use to winter or only nighttime in the summer. My skin is acne prone and it still didn't break out. It has a very pleasant scent, nothing overpowering, but it smells like a cream. And it's so cheap! Definitely get this if you want the softest skin you've ever had.

Very hydrating. I like this moisturizer. Recommend for normal to dry skin types.

This is by far the best face cream I have ever tried! When I was in Poland with my boyfriend, I asked for his help to find a cream that would moisturize my extreme face. We went to Rossman and the lady recommended this to us! It’s amazing! Now I use it everyday 2x a day, absolutely love it 😍

Angenehmes Entspannungsgefühl auf der Haut. Reichhaltig, zieht etwas langsam ein, aber kein „Film“ auf der Haut.
