Indeed A good product. The only problem is with the tap. The washer for the tap is not fit properly so at times water keeps leaking. Bt not always though. Drinking water in copper vessel is very healthy. Can be stored for 2 days at a stretch. But the glasses weren't of good quality. From the 3rd day of use there were black spots on it. You can get this without the glasses also. Overall. It's a good deal. 18l of water storage is great.

Very good in looking, shaping, signing glossy with design. And easy to carry and placing. And it also hardy and made up of pure copper. And it also deserves to get every one as it is healthy and hygienic and if drinking filtered water is here kept and drunk, it benefits our health more than that of water kept in normal container. It has also been delivered a cleanzing powder and a gift coupon which are just surprise to a buyer.

The dispenser looks good. Finishing is good. The lid handle is brass/bronze and the tuti is made of steel. Rest body is made up of copper. I bought this after doing a lot of online comparisons and resting my faith in their claim of providing pure copper. However, one thing has left me with the feeling of being cheated. They have written 1.7kg as its weight in the description but in real it is a little less than 1.5 kg. These are precious metal and are traded majorly on their weight. When I chose it , I found it to have best "price to weight" ratio among all online options. But now it's the feeling of being cheated. I have raised my query to the seller and he has offered to pay me back the approximate difference amount of 300 bucks to compensate for the weight difference. Its been more than a week now but he has yet to fulfil his promise.

Overall ok but size as specified 5litres but when measured after pouring water it turned out to be 4.5 litre and the tap is not copper instead it's plastic made

The copper matka looks royal and very elegant, unlike those printed ones with some patters which look very cheap and would need to be kept hidden. This one is sitting right in my living room. The brass knob on the copper lid looks very beautiful with contrasting color. Even the screw is of brass which makes it rust proof. It would have been better if the provided tap was also with brass finish. These taps are generally made of brass with chrome coatings and a tap without chrome would have been just great. Regular cleaning of the pot would have taken care of the tap also. Though the tap is robust but finishing is not very great, see the image. Very good quality of silicon washers are provided which I hope will provide leak proof performance for years to come The manufacturer is smart enough to provide the empty box of the tap also in the package for customer to get the details of the tap. There is also a card with details and cleaning instructions in the package. Carton had sufficient styrofoam pading to prevent damage in transit. Overall happy, just waiting for copper to start changing the colour, become dark, which will confirm the metal quality. Those which do not change color are coated with lacquer, especially those cheap pattern ones, which get scratched over months and then they look ugly. Read some previous comments and saw people mentioning about problem related to the leakage from the tap. Looks like the manufacturer has taken care as the tap and the washers are really of good quality.

Product quality is good in this range.but tab quality need to improve slightly.otherwise product is good.
