I use these little magnets to magnetize my screwdrivers. When I put my screw drivers back onto my peg board I just let them all stick to each other with one of these making it happen. When I pull one off, the driver is just magnetic enough to keep the screw steady but not too strong that I'm scared of wiping out electronics nearby.
