Can i use this to seal my rv?

depends what you are sealing on your Rv, but I can see a lot of areas were you could use this product on your RV as RV's are made of fiberglass and a lot alike a boat.

Can this product be used on marine vinyl flooring?

yes. works on almost anything. best on market.

Stitch and glue? Coverage?

Coverage with anything all depends on the thickness you use. That’s about all I can tell you, I use it on the hull of a boat for making a water tight seal. Of transducers Ect. It’s great for that. I have used this product for well over 30 yrs for just those purposes. I guess it could work on some plumbing applications you would have to try it . That’s about all I can say
