We ordered this battery per the #'s on our Q-Beam flashlight and then matched the #'s to the website # that said it was the one for our flashlight. However, when we received the batteries they did not fit so they had to be returned. They must of redesigned the MMII because my battery sits in the unit vertically and the new battery is designed to sit in it horizontally. The terminals do NOT match up. So be very careful to match up your battery to the picture of the one online. If they match you're golden. The good news, for me, is that I opened up the battery housing and swapped out the 12V batteries inside.
