My husband and I, while very fit, are boomers suffering from the normal aches and pains in our hips and knees due to aging and a lifetime of working out to the max. We have tried various products with no real relief. After two weeks of trying this product, we both woke up one morning and remarked "Hey, I don't feel as "geezerly." "Me either!" We both feel like its easier to go up and down stairs, etc. Note: We decided to try this product after my sister raved about Relief Factor, which is very expensive and does not contain as much Turmeric. I started taking this a few years ago for seasonal allergies. I was taking Flonase and another nasal spray as well as Zyrtec and Allegra. I was able to get off all four. This year I returned to the Flonase though. I not only take for allergies but also to help fight inflammation due to Sjögren’s syndrome. I tried a cheaper option but there is definitely a difference, so now I stick to the megafoods. It helps tremendously. I take two daily. Sometimes I take an extra two to fight pain instead of acetaminophen.

Been taking for a couple of months and my upper leg pain is now manageable without taking any cortizone which is my end game... the pills are large and not easy to swollow but all in all a great product.... did not give it 5 stars beacuse it is pricey, specially since I will be taking them for some time.... would definitely recommend!

My husband had bad back pain, his legs and arm would tingle but when he started taking this product he doesn't have the pain or the tingling anymore.

I like added ingredients in this anti inflamatory complex supplement. It's effective and helps me cope with arthritis psin and surgery recovery.
