The right size for Hamilton Beach Model 56250S
The O ring measures the size I thought I needed: 2 5/8โ exterior diameter and 1 13/16โ interior diameter. This gasket is for an old but in perfect condition Hamilton Beach โIce Breakerโ, Model 56250S. It seemed too small (see photo) but it did stretch flat (see photo) and when I ran it with a cup of water (see video), it did not leak (see photo! HAPPY! See last two photos comparing original gasket and the one purchased at Amazon. The original gasket has a larger diameter and is thinner (original (lighter gray color) on the left in the side-by-side photo.

Perfect fit
This product was the perfect fit for our blender. It was a life saver because the blender was a webbing gift, and somehow lost the original. Did I mention we've been married for 25 years. I was happy to find a part for a 25 year old machine.

Check fit with tightening ring's collar!!
Sad this is sold as fitting Hamilton Beach Blenders! Put it on, tightened it and it started leaking as soon as liquid was added. This thing's diameter is too small. It does not fill the tightening collar, so gasket moves around. One week too late to return.
