Can smaller ear bud tips be used. If so can anyone recommend a set of tips?

The ear bud tips which with 5mm hole will fit the single side earphones , pls check attached video , most universal ear tips will fit it , and some PU foam ear tips also fit it , the most important is the hole of ear tip is around 5mm diameter .
