A little heavy but not bad. I wear it 8 hours on the assembly line. It could use more ventilation and it took me a minute to figure out how to put the tabs in. Not very clear on the wrinkled up plastic. Should have come with clear instructions on paper. I almost sent it back until I finally saw the darkened and lighter areas of the tabs on the instruction plastic. You bend the tabs, then pull the bended part back, take the smaller tab on the end and insert in the slots. ### ⭐ Poor quality control *by K***Y on Reviewed in the United States on August 7, 2017* I only received the hard hat shell.
