Though I had received the item in good condition and also working well. But after a year sound start cracking and now speakers are not working. I asked for the help from the seller but didn't reply. So if you are purchasing the item, this is to inform you that you will not get any assistance from anyone. Therefore spend your money smartly

HI All, I bought this phone about 2 weeks back and thought of sharing my feedback. Overall the product arrived in good shape and packaging. The built quality of handset is good and get's the perfect feel like big mobile 2 decades back. The display and key pad feels strong and has the mechanical feel like a satellite phone - perfect. The speaker sound is not soo good - it echo's like a small end speaker playing loud music but sounds good when you play FM radio - Vivid Bharti National radio channel. The menu is simple but it took me few hours to disable the number calling sound ( when u dial any number the phone read the number , same way when you receive a call it reads the number.) overall its a good deal. the battery is big orange color sized looks heavy duty - like the old battery we use to have for Radio transistors. however there is one important things which lowers the overall rating - its security. even though I dont have internet in my sim - only voice no other apps - the phone seems unreliable, example I started getting lot of unsolicited calls not the general credit card but others. also when you need the phone its sometime could not connect the call

It is really good senior citizen phone. I am using it since last 3days. Good part of the phone. 1. Ring is very loud 2. simple to use 3. torch light 4. longer battery backup Problem I found 1. big and heavy to handle, I think due to marathon battery but it could be workout. 2. number speaks, while dial a call and receive the call(even contact number is saved). I think there should be an option to make it silent. But could not found. 3. antenna seems useless, did not found direct connection with handset except plastic. Overall it is very good and value for money product specifically for senior citizen.

Sound - Great Connectivity - Great Torch - Great Battery Life - Great Good accordingly, but too much heavy and bulky for older adults. It is not recommended for outdoor use as it is cumbersome and will take up a lot of space n the bag. Another big problem is that the voice tells the number LOUDLY, not the names who are calling. It takes a lot of time to find the names of people and give them a call. Overall, suitable for indoor home use like a hands-free landline phone but difficult and almost impossible to take outside.

Battery should be provided, as and when required.
