Review: Works great - The volume and clarity are very good. I use it on my bicycle handle bar. The attaching system they include is very easy to use. I also use the Boomblaster in my garage where I work out sometimes. It easily and automatically connects to my phone's bluetooth.
Review: DO NOT BUY, seriously - So much worse than “horrible” that there are no words. Do not buy this product. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! My first concern was that I could not simply say “Alexa” to it. I need to press a button. That defeats half the purpose of being an Alexa enabled device. My next concern was when I needed to download a separate app to pair the device. But when I closed the app and tried to use the Alexa functions, it said “connection to the app is lost”. So, I have to actually keep that app open in order to be able to press a button in order to use Alexa functions? It also randomly loses connection to the app, even when I’m right next to it. Oh, and not ask Alexa functions. I press the button and ask “what time is it?”… no answer. I request a song and it doesn’t play. The sound quality is okay. I wasn’t great, but it’s still below my expectations. I wouldn’t be as concerned with this, except I’m so unbelievably disappointed with the Alexa functionality that I figured I might at well mention this, too. I’m not kidding when I say that the people who manufacture and sell this product are utterly incompetent. They do not, under any circumstances, deserve to be in business. Wow. I’ve never been so disappointed in a product that I’ve purchased. Ever. Really.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Speaker works, but not as advertised

Seems like a decent little speaker, but it's a pain to connect & can't voice control Spotify. I had to watch a couple videos & call Amazon for support. Ultimately you need to download the boompods "hi)" app to connect it to alexa. Then, I was SUPER disappointed to learn that i can use it like any Bluetooth speaker, but can't voice control Spotify from the speaker. On demand, voice controlled music is played through Amazon Music. I haven't decided yet if that's a deal breaker, but that's where all of my playlists are, so I might return it for that inconvenience. Otherwise, it works, and I can play voice activated music selections in the shower, which was the whole plan.
