Enfin une crème sans cortisone que je peux passer sur l eczema de ma fille sans qu elle hurle de douleur! Evidemment, cela n est pas réparateur comme une crème à la cortisone peut l être, mais elle peut être utilisée en préventif au quotidien.

Dermalex has helped my grand daughters eczema flair ups which can be quite bad at times.It dries up the weaping and bleeding skin the only thing I would say I wish this company would make a moisturiser for the dryness.
