I won't be buying it again.
My son told me that he didn't like it. He asked me not to buy it again. Alfredo isn't one of my favorite pasta sauces, so I don't have an opinion.

Great
This is a straightforward creamy alfredo-style sauce that’s easy for quick dinners. I heated it up and used it with pasta, and it has a smooth, buttery cheese flavor that tastes more balanced than some jar sauces that are overly salty or one-note. It coats noodles nicely and works well as a base if you want to add chicken, garlic, spinach, or whatever you have. It’s rich, so a jar goes farther than you think if you’re not drowning the pasta. If you want a convenient, dependable creamy sauce without a strong specialty flavor, this one is a solid pick.

Okay Alfredo Sauce, Salty and a bit Lacking
The sauce looks rich but tastes flat. The texture is a bit thin, and the flavor comes across stronger than I would have liked. The sauce comes in a bottle that was packed well enough so I fortunately did not have to worry about the bottle breaking. It offers all of the sort of ingredients you would come to expect from alfredo sauce, though it does contain other ingredients to help preserve the texture and keep it shelf-stable. The sharper cheese notes stand out, but not in a pleasant way. I thought I would enjoy the sharpness of the cheese sauce but it sort of overpowers and it doesn’t offer much flexibility if you want to dress it up a bit. It is pretty salty as well and the flavor of the butter doesn't come across as nicely as I would have liked. For the price, the jar also feels small, you might end up using the entire jar for a whole meal and finding yourself needing more sauce. Overall, it works in a pinch. It’s quick, but not very satisfying. I would recommend alfredo sauce from the refrigerated section of your deli.

Loaded with flavor
Excellent alfredo, it's thinner than most others I've tried, which I actually really like. Most alfredos seem too thick and goopy for my tastes, but this brings all the flavor without the goop. It's a smallish jar but since it isn't super thick it coats the pasta really well. Loads of flavor, on the sharp side.

Tasty, but too pricey for everyday use
This Alfredo sauce tastes good — you can definitely pick up the real cheese, and it has a nice, gentle flavor. It’s not a thick or heavy Alfredo; it’s on the lighter side, which worked well when I mixed it with angel hair pasta and some broccoli. Even though the jar says it’s about three servings, when combined with pasta and vegetables it actually stretched to feed five people without feeling skimpy, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the price is what holds it back for me. At around $12 a jar, I could only really justify this for a special meal at home (something like a cozy date night where I don’t want to make sauce from scratch). For everyday pasta meals, this is just too expensive to keep stocked in the pantry. The ingredients are clean, easy to recognize, and not overly processed — which I love — but the flavor itself is on the milder side, so if you prefer a richer or cheesier Alfredo, you may find yourself wanting to doctor it up a little. Overall: Tasty, not heavy, and made with good ingredients — but the price and lighter flavor mean this is more of an occasional treat than a new staple.

Americanized Alfredo
I bought the SACLA Classic Roman Alfredo Sauce hoping it would be cheesy and good for my seafood pasta recipe. It is surely indulgent- thick and creamy. I mixed it with shrimp and spinach pasta, and it worked quite well, coating everything liberally. The ingredients mention Grana Padano and Pecorino rather than Parmesan, which provides the smoky, salty, and sharpness. As I try to avoid dairy due to my sensitivity, I was careful to use only a small amount. If you enjoy a rich, "open the jar" type of sauce with salt and creaminess at a minimum, you would likely enjoy this. Just try not to imagine Venice in a jar; it is the opposite of that, but it is a delight.

Okay jarred alfredo sauce
This jar of SACLA Classic Roman Alfredo Sauce is an absolute find and a total win for bringing authentic Italian flavor to your pasta nights without the effort. This incredibly **creamy Italian pasta sauce** is so great because it's made with the genuine ingredients you'd expect, like **real cheese and butter**, ensuring a truly decadent and satisfying taste. It's awesome that this sauce is **Imported from Italy** and also **Non-GMO**, giving you confidence in the quality and authenticity of what you're serving. I love that this sauce is completely **ready to serve**, making it super simple to create a rich, classic meal in minutes straight from the **14.5 oz glass jar**. For a high-quality, authentic, and incredibly convenient classic Alfredo sauce, it is a good value.

Good Flavor, But Bring Your Own Dairy
The flavor of this Roman Alfredo import is excellent. You can taste that the ingredients are high quality, which is nice. But the texture is a bit more liquidy than I'm used to for an Alfredo sauce. Straight from the jar, the sauce was a little salty. I did wind up adding some heavy cream to attempt to tone that down and make the sauce a bit thicker. When I'm utilizing a pre-prepared sauce, I'd like it to be kitchen-ready without needing to go the extra mile in the kitchen. This is a small jar size for my family; we ended up with a total of three servings. However, considering the price of a single jar, the low serving size makes this a comparatively low value option for a weeknight meal on a regular basis.

Liquidy Sauce, Unauthentic taste
Not good, the sauce feels liquidy and the true taste doesn't come
