Without any product on my skin, it's gets irritated, dry, and sometimes flakes of dead skin. I have tried many creams and or products claiming to be for rosecea, and they make my skin more irritated or they do not work at all. I have tried this for 4 months so far, and this has been the best that's worked for my rosecea skin. I use it with the serum as well and my skin has improved some. I still have some redness in my severe areas like nose and upper cheek, buts it's triggered by sweat, salt and sunlight. It's about a 60 percent in skin clearance. Less irration.
