I have no problem with the actual resistors. The selection/quantity is good and the case is excellent. The problem I have is that each of the compartments has a little block of open-cell foam in it. I assume this is to keep the resistors in the bottom of the compartment during shipping and it probably works fine for larger parts, but the 0201 resistors stick to the foam. When the foam is removed, 10-50 of the resistor will be stuck to the bottom and sides of the foam. Some of the 0201 resistors are lodged inside the bubbles of the foam and can only be removed one at a time using a tweezers, but others fall off at the slightest jarring of the foam leaving a sprinkling of resistor dust all over. The first time I use a value, it probably takes 5 minutes for me to get as many resistors as possible off of the foam and back into the compartment.
