Yes it is. It has a quick blade that's very easy to open with not much effort, but will not open on its own.

Can this really break glass windows?

I personally haven't used it yet for that purpose but on the one end it has the point that a person would use to break glass.

Does it have an O2 key on it?

No I do not believe so, I bought this knife and I do not see it on the knife hilt or blade.

How do you close this thing???

Like any other spring knife. Push the thumb control and drop the blade carefully. The screws will come out as they do not have locktite on the threads. Lost my belt clip and damn near my knife. The company does not respond to emails or communication. Do yourself a favor and do that first.
