The package was light but pretty large, about 4x6x8 inches. I opened it and saw the most beautiful green, lush moss through the clear box front! Excitedly, I opened it and removed moss for what seemed forever because, although it was in 4 pieces, the pieces were really large! The moss smelled very fresh, and it was very clean, with beautiful tendrils rising above its surface. I pulled out a large rectangular plastic food bin (a short rectangular one about 12x8 inches) and lay the moss down: I had to overlap the pieces just a bit innorder to get them in the container. I poured a large bottle of spring water over the moss to give it a drink. The moss immediately sprang into shape, and I can hardly wait to create my terrariums tomorrow! The quality of this moss is absolutely the highest, and it is definitely durable moss because it endured the mailing process to my home. The price is well below what I feel I was going to have to pay. There is so much moss here that it is a huge value for the money.
