Terrible quality! I bought the Van Heusen Men Athleisure Smart Tech Trackpants from Amazon, expecting a good product. But the fabric is anything but 'Ultra Soft' as claimed. It's rough and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the pants tore after just 2 washes! The 'Easy Stain Release' and 'Anti-Stat' features are clearly just marketing gimmicks. For the price, I expected much better durability and quality. Would not recommend these to anyone. Avoid buying these track pants if you want something that lasts.

The quality of the cloth is satisfactory.
Don't overthink it, just get it. The material is soft and comfy, and it seems like it'll last. The zippers on the pockets are good quality too. I ordered an XL at first because that's what Amazon suggested, but it was too big, so I had to exchange it for a large. So, just keep that in mind when you're choosing a size. I'd say go with your usual size instead of what the product page says.
