Review: Bought this in US but using in India - I used to wear an apple watch for tracking my health overall and then switched to a Oura ring for 3+ years to track my sleep once I started antidepressants for sleep, anxiety and other mood disorder related issues. While the ring itself was great, the subscription to track my data was getting annoying. Also the ring became smaller for me over time due to strength training my fingers became slightly more thicker? I also missed having empty hands and fingers (no rings no bracelets). So I bought this device in US but for use in India and it is working well! the data seems accurate though I am not sure if my weight is being tracked correctly. but overall would recommend this for pure sleep tracking with no subscription to pay.
