I tried several times almost one year later to file this claim.When I did it I got answered for the claim that took me a week. It's something to learn and be familiar with it, otherwise it's not easy as when I ordered it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Asurian Protection Coverage is worth thecost *by R***T on Reviewed in the United States on July 21, 2022* Got a PurSteam iron two years ago on AMZ for 29.97 and purchased Asurian for 3.99 for 4 year coverage. I hate ironing so the iron was hardly used. Nevertheless it conked out on me this past weekend with much crackling and a terrible burning motor smell. I filed a claim on line and was advised by Asurian that the iron was still under manufacturer's warranty. I called the Pursteam company who said that the coverage was actually only for one year. So I called Asurian and within a day and a half I received a pre-paid label to send the iron back thru UPS and a gift card on Amz for the full amount paid originally. I am now using a new iron (different brand) also covered by Asurian.
