We initially use 3-ounce dixie cups to dispense into but have moved to 4-ounce ice cream cups as the dixie cup diameter was slightly too small. About 1.5 ounces disperse from one turn so there is a decent amount that will dispense, we also keep a tray underneath to catch any loose ones that will disperse when it is hit or when someone nudges my desk.
