COVERGIRL Eye Enhancers Eyeshadow Kit, Brown Smolder, 1 Color

I was having trouble finding the brown shade I liked. I've used lots of CG products, but the only eyeshadow I've used is a light, pearly shade to highlight under my eyebrows. For five bucks, this was worth a try. It's great! It goes on smoothly, blends easily, and lasts all day. I absolutely love the color-- rich, warm, and really flattering. The applicator is foam. It works well, and then I blend with a brush. Excellent value and excellent product!

The Silkers line is hard to find anymore, but it's well worth it to pick one up. The color payoff is excellent and the shadow is silky and isn't patchy upon application. I have very oily skin and only set with a powder - no primer - and the color lasted all day with no creasing. Love these.

Great eyeshadow and value, but good luck opening the product. I have never had more difficulty opening anything. The eyeshadow comes in bubblewrap, which appear fused to the eyeshadow case. There was no opening, and i had to cut and cut into the bubblewrap and slice into it. Then, when I was about to give up, i finally was able to cut a gap where I could remove the eyeshadow. And then, the eyeshadow case is taped shut, and good luck with finding the clear tape and removing that. The good news is, the eyeshadow arrived undamaged, and it works great. The bad news is that it will take you 10-15 minutes to open the product. PS - I bought this product to use on my eyebrows, with an eyebrow brush. If you are buying it for that purpose, it doesn't work well. It isn't very visible. As an eyeshadow, it's great.

To expensive but this is the only place I could find this color.

I have used this brand and shade for many years and will continue to use it. The best color brown I have ever found. And the texture is the best.

Happy to say that Maybelline has maintained their high quality in this eye shadow product. It applies easily without shedding color flakes during the day and maintains the color.

I am amazed at how difficult it is to find this color in stores. So glad that it is available on Amazon. It goes on a bit dark, but is easily smoothed to just the right shade and lasts all day.

I ordered this as I was looking for a cheaper gray hair root cover up. I just brush it on my roots with a dense eyeshadow brush. This is a semi-sheer, natural looking brown that works perfectly for me roots. I also tried it as an eyeshadow and it's easy to blend and buildable. Will definitely re-purchase.

I have been using this brown eyeshadow as a light brow filler. It's perfectly matched with my colouring/hair. I was stumped when I couldn't find it - anywhere. Not even a close colour contender. I was soooo thankful I found it on Amazon, and ended buying 2. I should be covered for another decade :)

I love this eye shadow, mainly for the purpose that I use this to fill my very fine, light looking brows. They work get and I find it stays long on even through the summer and rain (so far). I definitely recommend this for whatever purpose you need. I’m only giving it 4 / 5 stars because once you hit pan, be careful with the product because it will break if you drop it (like I always do). I’ll post a photo if I can!
