Wonderful cereal! Keep in mind a serving is 1/2 cup-it is very small flakes, some raisins. If you heat milk & add cereal to soften, it makes a delicious & satisfying meal. Lots of fiber so don’t forget to drink water also!

If you like Raisin Bran but don't want all the sugar or fortified nutrients then this cereal is for you. 100% natural with the nutrients all coming from food sources and not fortification. I've researched and tried many healthy cereals and this is by far the best. Other brands either have lots of added sugar or use sweeteners like Stevia (which tears my stomach up) to flavor it up. But this gem tastes pretty darn good on it's own. Some days I sweeten it with a bit of honey, but for the most part, it's good just how it's made. And it's absolutely loaded with vitamins/minerals/fiber/protein. It's really a great start to any part of your day.

I love this brand and flavor but the raisins are always super hard compared to when I buy it from the market.

It’s hard to find cereals that are not full of junk and sugar. I love the stuff it’s very tasty and it can be eaten with milk like a cereal or are used similar to granola in yogurt. granola doesn’t do well with my stomach so it’s nice to have another option

My nutritionist put me on on a low carb, no added sugar diet, and this brand was one that was recommended for cereals. When I saw it in the bowl, I worried. The grains are small and the almond milk I added seemed to vanish into the dense cereal quicksand. Yes, it has taken a little to get used to the texture, but I've really grown to enjoy the taste. It is rich, not cardboard- or grass-like, as can happen with so many simple, stripped down cereals. The raisins add just a touch of sweetness; I don't miss the added sugar I would get in a granola or similar cereal. And the nutrition content is excellent compared to many natural cereals.

We have been looking for a good healthy cereal for our family. This one was alright. It basically tasted like grape nuts with raisins in it. I love the Ezekiel bread so decided to give this a try. The price was pretty good too compared to some of the other brands. We finished the six boxes but probably won't be trying it again. We liked the Purely Elizabeth brand but it is a little more costly. We'll be continuing out search.

This was the 4th or 5th order from this seller. No complaints. Very accommodating. This the best deal I have found so far for Ezekiel cereal and it lasts me a long while.
