Highly recommend it! - I decided to wait for a few days before I write the review, although I was ready to give 5 stars from the first second I received the product, because of the delivery packaging, the free gifts contained in it (keyboard and screen cover) and the customer service, who tried to contact me through emails just to make sure everything was ok and ready to support me in case I needed any help. After 3 wees, I still rate it 5 stars. High resolution of the screen, quality and sturdiness of the screen and keyboard, long lasting battery (average use 3 hours per day and lasts for days) are the first things that come to my mind when I look at it. Regarding the rest, it does everything it says: instantly changeable from laptop to tablet and vice versa, no problems with the speed (always multitasking as a single mum and have 7 tabs open online), very good quality of the stylus (I just use it more and more ). Some might say that the operating system (windows 10) is a bit restricting, but then it gives you the option to opt out from the s-mode and download anything you want, so actually I don't find it restricting at all...

**Q: Was about to buy this product and it went out of stock ... Will it be back in stock?**
A: I believe so many of their keyboards for this unit had issues that they have pulled the product in order to work out the issue with the supplier, or find a new outsource.

**Q: What is the last version of this tablet? on its website, the manufacture refers to n3350 cpu, with 4core. but there is no such 4core cpu on the intel**

**Q: Can this 2 in 1 render/play 4K videos on You Tube?**
A: As 4K has a resolution of 3840x2160 (8Megapixels)  and this tablet has a resolution of 1920x1080 (2 Megapixels) , then it wont play 4K videos on YouTube (well not at 4K) , simply select 1920x1080 and all will be fine

**Q: Does this laptop have Microsoft Office?**
A: Hi, thanks for asking. XIDU PhilPad doesn't have Microsoft Office preinstalled, but you can install it by yourself.

This 2 in 1 is very good value for money, with very good build quality excellent detachable keyboard, running windows 10in laptop or tablet mode a joy to use, the ability to use a combination of mouse and touchscreen and keyboard is a pleasure too! processing is quick opening of applications slick. would highly recommend this!!

I decided to wait for a few days before I write the review, although I was ready to give 5 stars from the first second I received the product, because of the delivery packaging, the free gifts contained in it (keyboard and screen cover) and the customer service, who tried to contact me through emails just to make sure everything was ok and ready to support me in case I needed any help. After 3 wees, I still rate it 5 stars. High resolution of the screen, quality and sturdiness of the screen and keyboard, long lasting battery (average use 3 hours per day and lasts for days) are the first things that come to my mind when I look at it. Regarding the rest, it does everything it says: instantly changeable from laptop to tablet and vice versa, no problems with the speed (always multitasking as a single mum and have 7 tabs open online), very good quality of the stylus (I just use it more and more ). Some might say that the operating system (windows 10) is a bit restricting, but then it gives you the option to opt out from the s-mode and download anything you want, so actually I don't find it restricting at all...

It was ok for about 2 months. the performance was not great but acceptable for the price. However it has stopped charging successfully and I can only use it while it is plugged in.
