Commercial Grade Pulse Width Modulator. Maximum Load: 50 amps. Most HHO systems on the market do not include PWMs with the Constant Current feature (some don't have a PWM at all). Very important for controlling amps, if not it will cause your HHO system to heat up and cause a host of issues. The PWM is the Heart of your Hydrogen Generator System. This Pulse Width Modulator is really a number of devices combined into one unit: On/Off Switch - Master switch for the whole system. The system can be shut off with a physically switch on the PWM itself, or it can be shut down in software through the LCD Controller. Safety Shut-Off - Important safety feature - System has 2 methods to detect when the engine isn't running, and shuts itself down automatically. Constant Current Function - User selects the maximum current they want the system to run. The PWM will never go over that current. When the current tries to go above the maximum current value, the duty cycle automatically reduces to maintain the current at its set maximum value. This prevents current run away that has been common with HHO systems that use other PWMs. LCD Controller – Gives continuous read out for; Amps, Volts, Frequency & Duty Cycle. Multiple Cells - 1 PWM can control multiple cells, up to 50 amps total. (It is not recommend running this PWM above 40 amps on a continuous basis). 25 amps is normally plenty for HHO systems used on automobiles and pick up trucks. The LCD Display can control multiple Slave PWMs. In this way you can run multiple cells or groups of cells at a higher total amperage.
