These labels haven't been tested for dry cleaning so we would recommend if using to hand or machine wash only. Any sharpie or markers cine if straight away!** A: I used a Sharpie and a Bic black biro and had no problems with either **Q: I tested this with 4 labels before washing. all labels came off in the machine. no instructions in the pack. can someone explain what i'm doing wrong** A: I've used the same labels and had some success after washing garments they were used on. They do need to go onto a dry surface and pressed down firmly. On loose weave items there is a reduced surface area and water can then ingress through the material onto the adhesive.
