Postpartum Underwear for C-Section Recovery, Disposable High Waist with Stretch Support

I have had 2 C-Sections before this one, making this my third. My first was difficult to recover from because I didn't have all the knowledge of what was out there.They are soft and stretchy. They are better than the underwear that the hospital gives you to start with.They are even better when paired with the C-section panties by UpSpring. A) because it helps decrease the friction between the silicone strip and the Scar early on. I hated using the C-Panties until about two weeks after the operation (With my second C-section). This being my third I was able to pair these reusable C-section underwear and my C-panties from day 2. And B) My recovery time is going better than my previous ones! I feel a lot better moving around.The one and only down fall (imo) is the fact that they are so soft and stretchy that they don't hold up to you needing to scratch your booty, or change out a pad. The sticky adhesive on the pads seem to have a death grip on the fabric that's used. This is only a minor setback though.If you're looking at getting these I would highly recommend, though remember to get more than one package because they are most definitely a one time use, and they will make you want more when you're on your last pair.I hope this helps and Good luck with your recovery!

This underwear is a blessing made by Frida Mom. It makes postpartum recovery so easy, especially since I had a C-section. I didn't have to worry about bloody underwear; if any mishaps occurred, it could be disposed of, and, not to mention, it is cotton.

Best for after a C section! Does go far enough up my stomach that it doesnt rub my incision the wrong way however it can get “stuck” under my c section shelf but not painful and isnt tight to cause any weird sensations. The material is thin enough to wear under regular clothing. Only complaint is the thigh area is not very wide/stretchy, I have average to somewhat thicker thicks and it can be tight around that area and roll up. I do have to adjust it a lot when laying down due to the tightness in that area.

These were so much better than the mesh hospital underwear. For background, I had a C Section BUT I lived in the hospital for 10 days prior to with a constant amniotic fluid leak due to my water breaking early (Premature Rupture of Membranes). These gave my skin much needed relief from the horribly itchy hospital version. They fit bulkier, wider pads beautifully and are fairly stretchy. They did feel a bit snug around the legs but I can't complain much otherwise. I would recommend them. I do feel like they rip a bit easily though so be gentle when pulling them up

I appreciate this product so much. It was comfortable, and I was able to use my pads and other products for mommy care with it. Quality is great just don't pull too hard! Only con is that I wish they had extended sizes, it was a little snug and I purchased the largest size and im a size 16/18. It's not reusable but definitely will last throughout the day with your pad changes.

These run pretty small if you're anything larger than like a size 12. I'm about a size 12 and I can tolerate them but they dig into my bikini line. They do sit nicely above my c-section incision line and hold me in well, but they're just not that stretchy. The shorts version of the Frida mom underwear are much much better.

Pour mon premier accouchement, je n’avais pas pris cette marque. Pour le deuxième, je me suis dit allez, je me lance… et je ne suis pas du tout déçue ! Franchement, c’est top du top. Ça maintient super bien, la qualité est vraiment au rendez-vous. On dirait une vraie culotte, pas du tout du jetable. Trop bien, je recommande ! 💛

As a first-time mum, I had no idea what I would really need for the hospital. You read so many lists and see what other people buy, but it’s hard to know what will actually be useful. These Frida Mom disposable knickers turned out to be an absolute must.I had a cesarean section with my twins, and while the surgeons do try to remove most of the blood and tissue during the procedure, you still bleed afterward (they told me it’s usually less than after a natural birth). These knickers were such a blessing—not just at the hospital, but at home too. I’m now 2 weeks postpartum and still using them.I weighed around 99kg at birth and I’m currently about 86kg. The fit can be a little snug on the thighs at first, but they sort of “break in” and become more comfortable as you wear them. They’re stretchy and soft, and I honestly prefer this combo over wearing my own big underwear with a pad. I love the convenience of just tossing them at the end of the day—one less thing to think about.I know some people might not want to wear them for as long as I have, but for me, it’s all about making life easier right now, and these have done exactly that. It doesn’t rub on my scar either.Highly recommend to any new mums, whether you’re having a vaginal birth or a C-section—add these to your hospital bag!
