Battery life was around 8-9hours at that time.*****I have contacted the seller about my battery and the seller will be sending me a new one for free of charge no questions asked! I like to thank the seller for responding so quickly and making the process so easy. Before I contacted the seller I looked at replacement batteries and they run about 70-80 bucks so this is a very welcomed surprise. Used in over the head mode, the fit is quite comfortable. The controls on the headset itself work well. However, the audio quality is not impressive. When I switch between the handset I have the unit plugged into and the unit itself there is a quite significant reduction in fidelity (frequency range). Given the limited bandwidth on any POTS phone, that is saying something. I'm also told the talk volume is low. One can adjust the talk volume, but beyond a limited amount, the feedback is intolerable.Range is excellent, battery life is very good. These are great little headsets for the money and they have an incredible range away from the base charger. The only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the plug that attaches to your telephone is a cheaper part and I have had it break on two models. This doesn't keep the unit from working, but it prevents the RJ connector from "snapping" into place. Therefore, if you move the base unit, it can unplug the cable from the telephone.
