How is the quality of microphone? do people at other end able to hear clearly? when used via usb for lync/skype and when used via bluetooth from iphon

I have used the Jabra Speak 510 MS in a conference room with 25 people connected via USB to my laptop and had no complaints about the sound quality. I have also used it via bluetooth and my android phone, again no complaints about sound quality. The microphone in the Jabra Speak appears to be excellent.

Is the lithium battery included?

I do not see a Jagger, but I did not need to install one

can multiple callers call in to this phone?
