This notebook was exactly what I was looking for to make a record of calories in food items to help with dieting. The pages are plentiful and each letter of the alphabet clearly marked. The bonus is it even looks good on the side in the kitchen with the cute front cover, a great buy all round.

Really lovely notebook, so far it's standing the test of time, it's a permanent feature at my work desk.
