Great to use.
Great needles, tips are really sharp and cables don’t get twisted at all. Like how you can buy different almost ’half’ sets and then add to them to get exactly what you want.

I am relatively new to knitting and decided to try several interchangeables to see which I like the most before I committed to a set. I tried Knit Picks, Chiaogoo, Addi Clicks, Addi Lace, and Denise. I have used all. So far, the Chiaogoo is one of my favorites. You do have to have two sizes of joins and you have to match needle to cord, meaning I need more cords and that some needles do not match some cords and you need more options. The needles also have the size on them in such light printing that some eyes will not be able to see it. I have to put them under bright lights to tell. I suppose a needle gauge would take care of that. These come in both 4 and 5 inch lengths. You have to have the 4" for the shorter cords. Most people, from what I have read, seem to prefer one or the other - I prefer the 5". But, clearly, if you want to do something small in diameter, you need the 4" ones. They are sharp enough to get under the yarn easily, but not so sharp that your fingers hurt if you use your fingertips to push the needle to move the yarn. I do not push every stitch, more like every 5-8 stitches. When I use the Addi Lace, my fingertips are definitely sore. But, not with these. I am using this both to knit in the round and to knit flat. I have only one pair of straight single point needles.
