However a metrocard fits perfectly fine. My only small complaint is that the edges of the strap closure are already wearing down a little, but the case as a whole looks great and sleek and has been protecting my phone well thus far. I dropped it from my bathroom sink and it was OPEN and it survived, but that could have been a lucky fall. The edges of the actual plastic case are not raised at all so if the flap is open, you get virtually no screen protection so beware of that! However that did not stop me from giving this 5 stars. It was absolutely worth $20 in my opinion since it was exactly what I was looking for- a slim, sexy case that still shows off a bit of the blue color of my sexy iPhone!
