I bought this heated eye mask to help with dry eyes, and it has been excellent. The gentle heat is very soothing and has helped relieve the irritation and discomfort, especially after long hours in front of a screen. The temperature and timer settings are easy to adjust, and the cotton material is soft and comfortable to wear. I also like that it can be powered from a power bank, making it convenient to use anywhere. Overall, a well-made product that has become part of my daily routine. Highly recommended for anyone suffering from dry eyes.

I’ve just received this heated eye mask. It’s wonderful. I don’t have to keep putting it in the microwave. These lovely eye masks stay warm and are so comfortable,relaxing and soothing. I’m very pleased with this purchase and rarely write a review but please, if you have painful dry eye syndrome, like me, do buy these. They are so good. I relaxed and wore them for 20 minutes on the fourth warm control and it was just so soothing. Well done whoever invented these and thank you.

Purchased this primarily for Dry eye and Blepharitis reasons as I was sick of compresses and microwave options. I looked at many, many alternatives and settled on this because it was small ( I didn't want to be heating my entire face and a lot of these electrical devices are huge!) and it came with a washable cover so I can maintain hygiene. It has 5 heat levels and time settings, I find it comfortable and effective at level 4 for 20 mins. The cover is a little simple but does the job and the head band allows for a good range of fit.It is very relaxing and provides total blackout. I couple it with a heated pillow and some music which was a lovely combo.My only negatives are that you need to be plugged in to use it and that my vision is really quite blurry for almost an hour after use so you might want to consider when you use it.Otherwise, it is great and priced well.It's early days but my eyes feel and look better already.

I love this USB-powered eye mask because it is a constant heat (which can be set to 5 different heat settings and has a timer for different time periods). I generally find a 10-min session when I wake up and another 10-min session before bed has transformed my condition. Before this mask, my life was pretty miserable and I suffered with sore and itchy eyes all day, every day. Now, I hardly know I have blepharitis at all - it has been a complete game-changer for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending this item to a blepharitis sufferer - it is a miserable, chronic condition that can really drag you down if not treated. The mask is also very affordable and has an outer cotton cover that is comfortable and that you can wash easily. If you are a fellow blepharitis sufferer, this mask is for you!

I bought the eye mask "Aroma Season Heated Eye Mask, Electric USB Eye Compress for Dry Eyes Blepharitis Stye Eye with 3-Level Temperature & Timer Control" in Oct/2024. It worked fine but it also heated my nose bridge area, so made me feel uncomfortable.After I left my feedbacks, I received the above product (Aroma Season Heated Eye Mask, Great for Blepharitis and Dry Eyes Treatment, Relieve Dry Eye Syndrome, MGD and Styes) from the trade as a replacement for the previous eye mask.I have used the new eye mask for nearly two months, it works perfect. The heating area is just allright and the nose bridge area does not heating up:-). And this eye mask has 5 heating levels and 6 timing options. It makes the usage very convenient. It avoids the heating either too high or too low problems.After I tried it for a few weeks, I bought it for my sister and friend as a Christmas gift. My friend and sister all loved it very much. They said it was one of the best Christmas gift they got this year.

Would have given 0 stars if able. Set the eye mask on lowest level for 10 minutes and it got too hot. The temperature reading was 185.5F and increasing. Users manual - evan at moderately low temperatures (104F -140F) , this was not low temperature. Th timer turned off after 5 minutes and I wonder if that was because the eye mask was getting too hot. I am very pleased with this face mask. Since starting to use it my itchy, dry eyes have improved a lot (I was previously using a microwaveable mask). As it is also nice and slim it covers only my eyes and does not affect forehead and cheeks which tended to get dry when using the previous mask.I was able to measure the temperature of the mask on the lowest setting and this was indeed about 40 degrees as is suggested in the product description (my thermometer won't go much higher so I could not check the higher levels).After warming the mask on highest setting for a minute or so I spray on a little water before putting the mask on. After another minute or two I lower the temperature to the second level. This is because I read research which said that the ideal temperature is between 40 and 45 degrees. I use the mask for around 8 -10 minutes each morning. It definitely works for me! My eyes and even my whole face have been considerably less itchy.The flexibility of being able to use a mains adapter or a power bank is also appreciated. I can use the mask every day for a week even using a mini power bank.Some people have said this stops functioning after a while but it is guaranteed for a year so hopefully would be replaced or refunded. Assuming it lasts at least 12 months it would work out cheaper than the microwaveable mask which needs replacing every 6 months anyway. Fingers crossed!

I suffer with dry eye syndrome and I bought this as an alternative to the heated eye masks you warm up in the microwave. I found those to be too unpredictable - luke warm one day and too hot the next. This is my second Aroma Season eye mask, but the first time I've felt compelled to write a review. First, the good stuff: this electrically heated mask provides continuous, consistent heat which is important for helping to manage dry eye. The mask is easy to use and has three temperature settings (personally, I only ever have mine set on 'high'). It all packs neatly into its box so you can take it with on trips / holidays etc. The things I don't like about it are: I have to open the strap to its widest to get it to fit on my head without it feeling like its squashing my eyeballs. Its very important when heating up your eyes that you don't apply too much pressure as this can cause other problems in the long run. When you switch it on, you have to wait about 5 mins for it to come up to temperature (not an especially big issue, I grant you). Finally, heating is a little uneven between the left and right side - the left side feels warmer. All this being said, this make is about the best one I've tried. Some other brands barely get warm at all.

I also love that it has four heat settings.I recently took it on holiday, and the USB connection made it so convenient to use. It packs easily and provided great relief after long days in air conditioning.The heat stays consistent, unlike microwave eye masks that cool down quickly. Comfortable to wear and well worth the purchase. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone with dry, tired eyes.

I’ve always used the eyes pad that have to be microwaved, this however was really effective and simple to use, throughly recommended for those with dry eyes

Heats quickly and well. Better than expected. Easier and quicker than a microwave mask, and my eyes feel so much better already - I have 10 minutes on high and then I massage my eyelids to clear them. I wish I purchased this sooner. - I have dry eyes and blepharitis.

The heat from my body was warmer than the device...I was SO disappointed!!!
