Must Have if you replace the fuel pump
I replaced my fuel pump a couple weeks before ordering this. I thought that I could use the existing one with the new fuel pump. Unfortunately, the existing one didn't seal it properly and I ended up with gas spilling out when I filled the tank. After replacing the fuel tank seal there were no more leaks. Honestly, I can't believe that the two items aren't sold together or at least suggested to be purchased at the same time. It is like a one time use o-ring - it you don't replace it after use it is likely to leak. This one worked as expected and was easy enough to install.

Read other reviews to use this rubber seal and this one is much better than the seal that comes with the fuel pump, other one feels thinner and might not provide a good seal, so spend a little more and get this rubber seal when you change yours, you won't be disappointed.

Works exactly like the OEM Fuel Tank Seal
I chose this because it cost much less than the local auto parts stores, and of course the dealers. It arrived on time, and I was able to install it very easily, exactly like the OEM Fuel Tank Seal. The local auto parts stores online search engines were not able to easily and correctly specify the exact Fuel Tank Seal for my car. It was easy to find the correctly specified Fuel Tank Seal for my car using the search engines within amazon.com.
