It doesn't come with directions so it's totally up to the builder. Completed this thing is one heck of a rock buggy for under $250. If your not a very mechanically inclined person this may be a bit of a challenge. The welds are just tack welds and some of the frame is cut short but it'll take a bashing, might have to fix some welds down the road but for now it's just fine. All in all if your thinking about making a custom crawler then this is a good place to start. I wanted to build a U4 style RC rig, something that could go somewhat fast (up to 20mph or so) as well as rock crawl really well. I'd been running a very unique suspension set up on my SCX10 with trailing arms and leading arms, along with sway bars on both ends. It worked well, but the stock SCX10 chassis flexed a bit too much to keep handling predictable. Enter the Integy chassis. Frame flex is now an issue of the past. However, building the chassis into something usable took a great deal of creativity. The lack of additional shock mounts really holds this thing back. Another issue is the servo clearance. The Integy chassis leaves minimal clearance for the servo and I'm actually getting less front axle travel with the Integy chassis than I got on my stock SCX10 chassis. Scx10 skid and axles fit very nice, I think this would make a better 1.9 rig.
