It does not mix well with cold water, it mixes better wtih warm/hot. I have to blend it hard on high for 2-3 min to completly dissolve in cold water. I am not a fan on this powder at all. Using it for a detox cleanse and found it way to gritty even when drinking it and the texture was horrible with a horrible taste for me.. Adding Ceylon cinnamon, Raw cocoa or Stevia green powder liquid helped the taste. Still had that nasty gritty texture. I ended up with the plain no flavor. I don’t like the grit/ taste or texture . It is really hard to find organic ingredients of just one and not with other processed seed oils . I was happy about that. If you’re a fan of rice products, this may be for you but it was not for me. No refunds available. I would have taken it back for refund. I was able to digest it well hence I’ll keep using it up. Adding those few flavors helped tolerate this product more. The grit and texture WOW just too much.
